By placing an order with Thermomix® USA, you agree to these Terms of Purchase. Please review them carefully before completing your purchase.

All products are subject to availability. In the rare event an item is unavailable after purchase, we will notify you promptly and offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund.

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and include any applicable discounts at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or promotions at any time without prior notice. Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

We accept major credit cards and selected secure payment methods. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Orders are not processed until payment is successfully received.

Orders ship within 1–3 business days, with an estimated delivery window of 6–12 business days. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Free shipping applies globally.

You may return eligible items within 60 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping is free. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Full details are available in our Refund Policy.

Thermomix® USA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or delivery delays. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
