All orders placed through Thermomix® USA are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is confirmed and payment is verified, we prepare your items for dispatch from our secure fulfillment center.

After processing, standard delivery typically takes 6–12 business days to arrive, depending on your location. While most shipments arrive within this window, occasional delays due to carrier volume or local conditions may occur.

We proudly offer free shipping worldwide. All orders are shipped via trusted international carriers, fully tracked from dispatch to delivery. No minimum purchase is required to qualify for free shipping.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s progress. Tracking information is also available by logging into your account at thermomixhub.it.com.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays or failed deliveries. Thermomix® USA is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
